We sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. A copy of your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or Business License Certificate on file.

~~Returns~~

We have a 60 day Limited Replacement Policy.

If the product you purchased was damaged or non-working, or has completely blown out please return it to us and a replacement or store credit will be given. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed.

You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to file a replacement claim.

Replacements or store credit is only given once the defective or non-working merchandise is returned.

If you have merchadise that you think was damaged during shipping, You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All damaged merchandise must be returned at customers expense and will be replaced with new merchandise.

Per Our Policy All Damaged or non-working merchandise will be replaced or you will be given a store credit.

Wholesale Agreement-

By submitting your wholesale order, you, the purchaser, automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We also accept PayPal payments.

~~Minimum Ordering Policy~~

All first time wholesale orders will have a $50 minimum and all reorders require a $25 minimum.We do have a minimum on our products as well...

~~Bulb & Strand Packaging~~

All of our strands and bulbs are individually packaged. Each bulb is packaged in a zip top bag and has a bag topper. Each strand is packaged in a cello bag with a bag topper.They each contain our logo. Thank you!!
